Shipping costs will be free from a purchase equal to or greater than €90 for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands and from a purchase equal to or greater than €150 for Europe 1 and €190 for Europe 2.
REST OF THE WORLD:
Up to 5kg (weight or volumetric). If you don't have shipping options in your country, please contact us so we can quote shipping. Write to tocotoonline@tocotovintage.com.
RETURNS POLICY:
We offer you the option to return items purchased online.
Once you receive your order, you have 15 calendar days from the reception of the order to return any items you don't want.
The shipment cost of return is supported by the client, only the cost in case of defect will be covered by Tocoto Vintage. Please send us an email to tocotoonline@tocotovintage.com if you want to exachenge for other sizes or items so we can help you with the right sizes and by holding the items you want to change for.
Returns outside Europe Union are at the customer's expense, customs duties included.
To proceed with the return in Europe you should send us an email to tocotoonline@tocotovintage.com with the reference of your order and your contact information. We will contact you to coordinate the pick up of the garments through courier service, or post offices.
We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you want to buy another product or change the size.
Please note that swimwear and underwear, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
